Care Matters Training and Development is a training company focused on the care industry, particularly the elderly, providing relevant and current practice experience, and adapting to the ever-increasing demands from:

Provided comprehensive training package for staff over a range of homes across Devon, Somerset and Cornwall .

Developing and Identifying career progression, i.e. identifying training needs, developing Personal Development Plans.

Organizing specialist training such as pressure area, bowel management, catheter care, and medication systems.

Who are Care Matters Training and Development?
Care Matters Training and Development’s experience and knowledge gained over 45 years, provides the insight and focus on continually working to improve the skills of all involved in providing care, i.e. individuals and staff, and consequently the families and stakeholders.
Lead Trainer
Krish Madray has over 30 years experience in the Care Sector – originally working with a range of services in London and Devon, he has worked in all roles – starting as a Carer, qualifying as a Residential Social Worker working in Secure Units and Assessment Centres with Teenage Boys and Girls in London, before setting up his own business in London, and employing people from all sectors of the community in a commercial venture, training them in various roles including customer care, printing, administration, sales.
In the South West, he has worked in a range of services, working all roles and shifts, team leading, management and operations, training and mentoring
